"How much does this cost?"

Every engagement is scoped specifically to your business: the size of your team, the complexity of your workflows, and what you actually need. We discuss investment on a free 30-minute strategy call before any commitment is made. Most clients find the ROI conversation more useful than a price list.

"How does the assessment credit work?"

If you book an implementation or retainer engagement within 60 days of your assessment, we credit 100% of the assessment fee toward that engagement. In practice, the assessment becomes a risk-free evaluation. You only pay for it if you decide not to move forward.

"How do I know if this will be worth the investment?"

Every engagement starts with a clear ROI goal. Most clients recover the cost of an implementation within 3–6 months of use through time saved, errors reduced, or revenue unlocked. If we can't identify a realistic return before we start, we'll tell you honestly.

"What does the retainer commitment actually look like?"

Retainers start with a 3-month minimum so we have time to build real context on your business. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Annual prepay agreements save 15% and include a pro-rated refund in the first 60 days if it isn't the right fit.

"Do you offer custom engagements outside these packages?"

Yes. Many clients start with a defined package and expand from there. If your situation doesn't fit neatly into one of the options above, book a call and we'll scope something that does, typically as a fixed-price engagement, not hourly.

"Are you insured?"

Yes. Brooke Hollow Consulting carries $1M in professional liability coverage and $1M in cyber liability coverage, underwritten through Lloyd's of London. A certificate of insurance is available on request and can be issued naming your business as additional insured for any engagement that requires it.

"We already use software. Will this replace it?"
